Wholesale Cranberry Plants

If you can grow Cranberries you will find them heavy cropping, easy care and excellent for eating and for sauces.

A number of varieties grow well in the UK. You do require a humus rich moist soil and a sunny position. These are a low growing evergreen shrub, so can be used in the ornamnetal garden as well as for the fruit, both in allotments and commercial production.

Generally sold as potted plants, these are another berry that is attaining 'superfood' staus'. Not widely grown commercially in the UK, however plants are available.

Varieties include :

• Early Black - Fruits very early, dark purple fruit. A vigorous plant.
• Franklin - Red fruit slow growing, excellent for the home garden.
